With a hop, skip and a jump, emerging onto the stage is the idiosyncratic, attention grabbing force Inel Tomlinson. A bright new spark in the comedy world. He is well established on the live circuit with gigs at The Comedy Store, The Glee, The Barbican, Amused Moose, Reading, Leeds and Latitude Festivals. Last year he was runner up in the Hackney Empire New Act of the Year show 2010 and this year was nominated by industry and promoters for The Leicester Mercury Comedian of the year show 2011.

Inel demands the audience’s interest from the get go, thriving on captivating his audience and treating them to his own unique take on the world. It’s his mixture of comedic timing, nostalgia and eye for the ridiculous that warms him to a varied and mixed audience wherever he goes.

As well as live stand up, Inel has already compiled an impressive collection of online clips and sketches to show off his acting prowess, including a brilliant parody on knife crime and gang culture that highlights a very real issue within British society today.

Being a comedian and a qualified teacher, Inel Tomlinson combines both these occupations to produce thought provoking comedy; whether it is live on stage or prerecorded sketches.

Inel Has recently finished filming a Guest Spot in LAW & ORDER: UK in which he plays a stand up comedian who gets grilled for suspicions of murdering a policeman. He is also filming his own short comedy series with award winning short filmmaker and long-term friend Richard Wilson.
